Study Purpose

Millions worldwide are dealing with long-term symptoms after COVID infections. Many use telehealth (i.e. virtual doctor visits, remote consultations) as a way to manage their health. Our team wants to learn how people with Long COVID are accessing telehealth services, what barriers impede access, and how access can be improved. Your input can help shape healthcare policies, accessibility, and the quality of virtual care for long haulers.

Details

After you express interest, you will be directed to a brief online survey to share your experiences of having Long COVID and experiences accessing virtual healthcare. The first few pages of the survey outline the study purpose and risks/benefits for your informed consent. If you indicate consent, you can proceed to the survey questions. If you are interested in contributing to future related studies/opportunities, please indicate so on the last page of the survey. The survey is in English, but it is also available in 4 other languages—French, Spanish, Chinese, and Punjabi—which you can select at the top of the survey page.
